Printer Servicing and Repairs

Printers Plus has a full service depot facility as well as mobile technicians who can provide on-site printers service and printer repairs for any problem you may encounter.

We provide manufacturer authorized warranty and post-warranty service for most of the printers that we sell. Our technicians have been trained extensively and certified by the printer manufacturers. This means that you need not worry about your warranty when Printers Plus Inc. performs servicing on your printers.

Post-warranty printer service plans

We offer a range of printers post-warranty printers service plans to meet your organization's needs:

Contract Service - A flat monthly, quarterly or annual charge provides for all parts and labour that may be required to keep your printer in excellent working condition. Both on-site and depot contracts are available.

Block of Time Service - The customer prepays an amount to Printers Plus which is posted as a credit to the customer's account. In consideration for this prepayment, the customer receives a preferred labour rate and priority for service requests.

Time and Materials Service - As required servicing, either on-site or depot. Typically same day response time to service requests. All time and materials are billable to the customer.

Preventative printer maintenance & printer cleaning service -

We will have a service technician visit your site to:

• Clean the printer inside and out.
• Effect minor printer repairs.
• Adjust and lubricate moving parts in the printer.
• Recondition printer pick up rollers and paper transport assembly.

We will also provide you with a written report for each printer detailing:

• The physical location of the printer.
• The serial number, manufacturer and model number of each printer.
• The condition of each printer including the % of wear of the various components.
• Recommendations regarding additional service that may be required for your printers.
